Systems Administrator Mid Level

With continued growth comes opportunity and we are currently searching for a Top Secret SCI with polygraph-cleared Mid-Level Systems Administrator.

Description:

• Perform system administration functions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Stand up configure and maintain Linux servers
• Monitoring and patching/upgrades to standard networking resources (routers switches firewalls).
• Monitoring and patching/upgrades to servers and VM hardware
• Assist and incorporate security compliance controls as applicable
• Support documentation of non-applicable controls
• assist with installation of new or replacement hardware or software
• Configure and integrate hardware or software with existing networked infrastructure
• Assist with decommission and/or removal of obsolete excess or replaced hardware
• Document inventory changes

• Requires TS/SCI with FS or CI Polygraph
• Bachelors degree in a technical discipline
• 10 years experience as a SA in programs of similar scope type and complexity
• 5 years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelors degree
• Proficient with Linux. Minimum of 3 years Linux system administration experience (within the last 3 years)
• Experience with patching and upgrading Unix servers and networking resources.
• VM experience
• Sercurity cert

• Dell and HPW Linux servers
• Juniper and Cisco routers switches and firewalls
• Palo Alto firewalls
• Ansible
• Nutanix- VM management
• Rubrik- data storage
• Nomad containers
• SALT scripts
• LibreNMS
• NetBox

Many factors can influence final salary including but not limited to relevant prior work experience specific skills and competencies education and certifications. Final salary can also be influenced by a positions geographic location Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates.

The salary Range for this position is: $195k - $225k
