- Ensure data quality and leverage data visualization tools to create insightful dashboards for stakeholders and leadership.
- Provide complex business issue solutions and develop business cases with projected returns on investment or cost savings.
- Operate and maintain tools for evaluating air water and waste pollution and ensure compliance with environmental legislation.
- Recognize and investigate security breaches thefts and vandalism implementing access control procedures and maintaining loss prevention records.
- Coordinate and support regulatory visits prepare audit reports and implement methods to improve and control key processes.
- Design emergency evacuation plans train evacuation leaders and ensure compliance with OSHA and industry-specific health and safety guidelines.
- Engage with team members to establish credibility analyze stakeholder needs and communicate effectively to drive business solutions.
- Strong knowledge of data analytics visualization tools and technology innovation trends.
- Experience in business case development problem-solving and understanding of business workflows.
- Expertise in environmental policies applicable laws and compliance strategies.
- Proficiency in asset protection policies security investigation techniques and loss prevention methods.
- Skills in stakeholder communication engagement and influential communication techniques.
- Knowledge of OSHA guidelines safety auditing processes and emergency evacuation planning.
- Ability to identify and implement process improvements lead incident investigations and provide countermeasure solutions.

The annual salary range for this position is $73500.00 - $106500.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelors Degree in Occupational Safety Management; Industrial Hygiene; Environmental Science Chemical/Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or related field AND 1 years experience in the field of Environmental Health and Safety within Supply Chain Retail Manufacturing Engineering or related field.Option 2: 3 years experience in the field of Environmental Health and Safety within Supply Chain Retail Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
2 years experience in Continuous Improvement methodologies (for example Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) World Class Manufacturing (WCM) Lean Six Sigma) within Supply Chain or manufacturing environments.
