VIVAMEE Hospitality is seeking a Corporate Director of Sales to join our team of professionals in a multi-property capacity. OurCorporate Director of Sales is responsible for leading the overall sales strategy revenue growth and team performance across the VIVÂMEE Hospitality portfolio. This role provides leadership direction accountability and support to on-property sales teams while helping drive group corporate social wedding and catering business across the organization.

Job Responsibilities:
Promote and portray the VIVÂMEE Values
Know understand and adhere to company established policies and procedures
Develop and lead the overall sales strategy for the VIVÂMEE Hospitality portfolio
Establish annual quarterly and monthly sales goals by property and market segment
Identify opportunities to grow weddings corporate retreats group business social events catering and resort leisure business
Create and execute action plans to improve pace conversion and revenue performance
Partner with executive leadership on growth strategies for new and existing properties
Drive topline revenue across all assigned properties
Monitor sales pace booking trends lead production and conversion metrics
Support properties in building strong prospect pipelines and closing high-value business
Assist in developing promotions need dates and strategic offers to increase bookings
Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure revenue strategies are aligned
Lead mentor and inspire Directors of Sales Sales Managers Wedding Sales Managers and related sales leaders across the portfolio
Build a culture of accountability enthusiasm and excellence
Conduct regular one-on-ones property visits and performance reviews
Train teams in sales standards prospecting follow-up closing and relationship-building
Help identify future sales leaders and support succession planning
Standardize sales processes reporting and best practices across the company
Ensure each property has clear sales goals action plans and scorecards
Review weekly and monthly sales reports to measure production and effectiveness
Support pre-opening acquisition transitions and integration of new properties into the VIVÂMEE sales culture
Work cross-functionally with operations catering golf lodging culinary and wellness teams
Maintain strong relationships with key clients partners planners and community stakeholders
Participate in major presentations site tours client meetings and contract negotiations
Represent VIVÂMEE Hospitality in the marketplace with professionalism warmth and purpose
Help expand brand awareness and deepen market presence throughout target regions
Job Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent required
Bachelors degree in business marketing or hospitality management preferred
5 years of multi-property or senior hospitality sales leadership experience preferred
Strong background in hotel resort wedding catering golf or event sales
Proven ability to lead teams and grow topline revenue
Experience creating sales plans budgets forecasts and KPI reporting
Excellent communication leadership and presentation skills
Strong organizational and follow-through skills
Ability to travel regularly across the portfolio
Passion for hospitality people development and culture-driven leadership
