We are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our healthcare team in Olympia and Seattle Washington. Opportunities are available in Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg) Long-Term Care (LTC) and Per Diem roles. The RN will provide high-quality patient care collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care including assessment planning implementation and evaluation of nursing care plans
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to physicians and care teams
Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation
Educate patients and families on treatment plans medications and post-care instructions
Collaborate with physicians therapists and other healthcare professionals
Ensure adherence to infection control safety and regulatory guidelines
Supervise and support Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and nursing assistants
Specialty-Specific Duties
Med-Surg:
Manage care for adult patients with a variety of acute conditions
Monitor post-operative recovery and administer complex treatments
Long-Term Care (LTC):
Provide ongoing care for residents with chronic illnesses or disabilities
Support quality of life and long-term wellness goals
Per Diem:
Fill in staffing needs on a flexible as-needed basis
Adapt quickly to different units and patient populations
Skills & Competencies
Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in fast-paced and high-pressure environments
Compassionate patient-centered approach to care
Flexibility and adaptability (especially for per-diem roles)
Work Schedule
Full-time part-time and per diem shifts available
Day evening night and weekend shifts depending on role
Requirements
Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State
Associates or Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred for Med-Surg roles)
Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience (preferred; new grads may be considered for some roles)
Required Skills:
Responsibilities: - Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Physical Therapy Occupational Therapy & Speech language Therapy. - Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans. - Provide emotional support to patients and their families. - Document patient information accurately and timely.
Required Education:
. College Degree or equivalent. At least 2 years experience in a Staffing role performing similar work duties. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
