Position Overview
Kitchen Tune-Up Lake Mary is growing and seeking a skilled dependable cabinet painter to join our team on a temp to full time hire. This role is ideal for experienced cabinet paints with remodeling or trim carpentry experience who take pride in high-quality work and want stable long-term employment.
Youll be completing cabinet painting and cabinet projects in residential homes throughout our community many of them high-end.

Responsibilities
Complete projects according to instructions provided by the Project Manager
Experience prepping priming and painting cabinet doors
Remove and install:
Cabinet doors and drawer fronts
Trim and moldings
Hardware
Drill for hinges and install doors and drawer fronts accurately
Install roll-out trays and cabinet accessories
Follow Kitchen Tune-Up TrustPoints on every job site
Maintain a clean safe and organized work area daily
Communicate daily with the Project Manager regarding progress
Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
Qualifications
3 years of cabinet painting
Knowledge and experience in cabinet installation refacing or trim carpentry experience is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Proficient in:
Using a paint sprayer
Drilling for hinges and hardware
Installing doors drawer fronts and roll-out trays
Ability to safely operate power and battery tools including:
Table saw
Sander
Drill
Router
Planer
Nail gun
Reliable transportation and basic hand tools preferred
