We turn recycled sawdust into value-add branded consumer products.
Responsibilities:
Manage the processing of full cycle accounts payable credit card transactions and expense reports in a timely manner from data entry point payment processing and month-end closing
Drive forward the cash management process and treasury optimization
Oversee that all transactions are properly approved and coded to the general ledger including fixed assets and prepaid items
Review and perform month-end reconciliations for assigned accounts
Maintain vendor relationships and vendor records/database
Prepare annual Form 1099s
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Proven work experience as an Accounts Payable Manager or Supervisor
Hands-on experience with accounting software
Familiarity with advanced formulas in MS Excel
Excellent analytical skills along with the ability to create and present detailed reports
Ability to accurately process numerical data
SAGE or similar ERP Experience
BS degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA certification is a plus
Minimum 5 years of accounts payable managerial experience required in a fast paced environment with multiple entities and locations
Team management and negotiation skills
Problem-solving attitude
Detail oriented and ability to manage large volume of data with speed and accuracy
