Construction Project Manager (Healthcare)

Were looking for a Construction Project Manager to lead complex healthcare and mission-critical construction projects from planning through completion. This role supports highly technical environments where MEP coordination schedule control and strong leadership are essential. Its a great fit for someone who has successfully led projects in medical or mission-critical settings and can manage both field execution and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle from preconstruction through commissioning and closeout
  
• Develop and manage project schedules using Primavera
  
• Oversee subcontractors and ensure alignment with scope schedule and quality expectations
  
• Coordinate installation of MEP systems across healthcare or mission-critical facilities
  
• Manage documentation cost tracking and communication using Procore Bluebeam and Timberline
  
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients stakeholders and internal teams
  
• Drive project meetings reporting and issue resolution

Qualifications

• Experience managing healthcare medical or mission-critical construction projects
  
• Strong project leadership experience with full lifecycle delivery
  
• Proficiency with Primavera scheduling
  
• Experience using Timberline Procore and Bluebeam
  
• Strong background managing subcontractors and field coordination
  
• Working knowledge of MEP system installation and integration
  
• Ability to manage complex fast-paced construction environments
  
• Strong communication organization and problem-solving skills
