Sr P6 Scheduler

This organization values strong planning proactive problem-solving and clear communication across all levels of a project. Youll be a key driver in ensuring projects are strategically planned and executed from start to finish.

Objective
Develop and manage detailed project schedules across the full construction lifecycle ensuring alignment between planning execution and project controls while supporting informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6
  
• Develop Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) to support accurate planning and tracking
  
• Perform time impact analysis to assess schedule changes delays and risks
  
• Partner with project teams to gather updates and adjust schedules based on field progress
  
• Communicate schedule performance risks and recovery plans to stakeholders
  

Qualifications

• Experience in construction scheduling across the full project lifecycle
  
• Background working with a General Contractor on commercial projects
  
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 (required)
  
• Strong understanding of scheduling logic sequencing and critical path methods
  
• Experience performing time impact analysis and delay evaluations
  
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface across teams
  
• Ability to manage multiple project schedules simultaneously
  
• Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or related field preferred
