Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Per-DIem (Flexible Scheduling Available)
Compensation: Competitive Pay ($17.00 $19.00/hour) Weekly Pay (GUARANTEED 30 HOURS PER WEEK!) Paid Orientation

What You Will Do:

• Assist clients with personal care needs including bathing dressing grooming oral care feeding and medication reminders
• Support mobility and daily living activities including walking transfers repositioning and toileting
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping including laundry and maintaining a clean safe environment
• Provide transportation and support for errands and appointments as needed
• Offer companionship and emotional support fostering a respectful and engaging environment for clients
• Observe and report changes in client condition to the care team and document care accurately
• Follow care plans and safety protocols to ensure high-quality client-centered care

What You Will Have:

• Active New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license
• Current TB screening/QuantiFERON or Chest X-Ray (within 1 year)
• Proof of U.S. work authorization (valid unexpired documents)
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A compassionate dependable and patient-focused approach to care
