Jr. Project Manager

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to support the delivery of AI-driven applications data platforms and client-facing technology solutions. This role will assist in coordinating projects across environments leveraging AWS Azure Tableau Power BI and DealCloud CRM.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their project management career who wants to gain experience working on AI cloud and data initiatives in a fast-paced client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project managers in planning tracking and executing AI and data-driven initiatives
  
• Assist in managing project timelines deliverables and task coordination
  
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering data QA and business stakeholders
  
• Help prepare status reports project documentation and meeting notes
  
• Track and follow up on action items risks and issues
  
• Assist with client communication and meeting coordination
  
• Support go-live activities and deployment coordination
  
• Maintain project artifacts in tools such as Jira Smartsheet or similar platforms
  
• Ensure project documentation and updates are accurate and up to date
  
• Help drive adherence to project processes and best practices
  

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• 13 years of experience in project coordination project management or similar roles
  
• Strong organizational and time management skills
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  
• Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile Waterfall or hybrid)
  
• Proficiency with tools such as Excel PowerPoint and project tracking tools (e.g. Jira Smartsheet)
