Sr. Project Manager

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of AI-driven applications data platforms and client-facing technology solutions. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end project execution ensuring successful delivery across environments leveraging AWS Azure Tableau Power BI and DealCloud CRM.

This is a client-facing role requiring strong leadership organization and the ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives in an evolving AI-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for AI data and cloud-based initiatives
  
• Manage project scope timelines budgets and resources across multiple workstreams
  
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering data QA and business stakeholders
  
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and executive stakeholders
  
• Drive project planning status reporting and stakeholder communication
  
• Manage risks issues and dependencies ensuring timely resolution
  
• Oversee delivery of solutions involving:
  • Cloud platforms (AWS Azure)
    
  • Data pipelines and analytics
    
  • Reporting tools (Tableau Power BI)
    
  • CRM integrations (DealCloud)
    
• Ensure projects meet quality performance and business requirements
  
• Support go-live planning deployment and post-implementation stabilization
  
• Implement and enforce project governance standards and best practices
  
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and team efficiency
  

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in project management or program delivery roles
  
• Proven experience managing technology or digital transformation projects
  
• Strong experience with cloud-based and data-driven initiatives
  
• Experience working in client-facing environments
  
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  
• Experience managing cross-functional technical teams
  
• Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills
  
• Experience with project management tools (e.g. Jira Smartsheet MS Project)
