Were seeking an Electrical Estimator to support one of our growing clients known for delivering reliable electrical construction solutions across a range of projects. This team is built around strong mentorship hands-on learning and a consistent pipeline of work that allows junior professionals to develop quickly. Youll be part of a group that values accuracy collaboration and attention to detail from the start.
Objective Support the estimating process for electrical construction projects by developing accurate cost projections assisting with bid preparation and contributing to preconstruction planning efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare takeoffs and assist in developing cost estimates for electrical construction projects
Review drawings and specifications to identify scope materials and installation requirements
Support preconstruction bid efforts including vendor and subcontractor outreach
Utilize Bluebeam and Accubid to perform quantity takeoffs and estimate development
Assist with documentation bid submissions and estimate tracking
Qualifications
14 years of experience in electrical construction or estimating
Associates degree or Electrical license preferred
Familiarity with electrical systems wiring methods and installation practices
Experience using Bluebeam for plan review and takeoffs
Exposure to Accubid or similar estimating software
Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications
Familiarity with project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 is a plus
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
