Board Requirements: BC/BE in Otolaryngology
DEA & Certifications: DEA BLS ACLS (as required)

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Board Status: BC/BE in Otolaryngology
State License Required: Active WI License or Eligibility to Apply
Certifications: BLS ACLS (as required)
Experience: Open to new graduates and experienced physicians
Additional Requirements: Interest in collaborative patient-centered care model
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide comprehensive otolaryngology care in outpatient and surgical settings
Perform ENT surgical procedures
Collaborate with audiology and multidisciplinary care teams
Maintain continuity of care through follow-ups and consults
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
