REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Board Status: BC/BE in Family Medicine
State License Required: Active WI License or Eligibility to Apply
Certifications: BLS (as required)
Experience: Open to new graduates and experienced physicians
Additional Requirements: Commitment to patient-centered team-based care

Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services
Manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Deliver preventive care and wellness services
Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
