Job Summary
University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Care Workers in Manchester this role you will provide essential support and care to clients in their homes helping them maintain independence and improve their quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing dressing grooming and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Help with medication reminders and adherence as instructed.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients their families and healthcare professionals.
- Document care provided and report any changes in client condition.
Requirements
- Previous experience in home care or healthcare is a plus but not required.
- Compassionate patient and reliable with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to pass background checks and any required health screenings.
- Must have reliable transportation to travel to client homes in Manchester MI.
- Ability to perform physical tasks required for care-giving duties.
