FACILITY & TEAM DETAILS
Beds in Department/Unit: 8-bed Cardiac ICU
EMR System: Cerner
Specialty Backup: Access to CT Surgery and Pulmonology services
Support Staff: Dedicated cardiology team nurses and technical staff
Leadership & Reporting Structure: Hospital-employed physician-led multispecialty group (100 physicians)
Reason for Opening: Replacement of departing physician
CREDENTIALING & COMPLIANCE
Board Requirements: Board Certification required within 5 years of residency/fellowship
DEA & Certifications: DEA BLS ACLS (as required)
Credentialing Timeline: Standard credentialing timeline applies

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Board Status: BC/BE in Cardiology with Interventional training
State License Required: Active WI License or Eligibility to Apply
Certifications: BLS ACLS (as required)
Experience: Open to new graduates and experienced physicians
Additional Requirements: Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to patient-centered care
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide comprehensive interventional cardiology care
Perform cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures
Manage patients in clinic cath lab and inpatient settings
Collaborate with multidisciplinary cardiac care teams
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
