What you will do

• Program troubleshoot install and commission BAS/HVAC controls (chillers boilers air handlers VAVs).

• Respond to service and warranty calls using JCI tools and standard electrical testing equipment.

• Provide technical support recommend repairs/upgrades and assist with project scopes and retrofits.

• Commission systems perform diagnostics calibrate devices and update documentation.

• Communicate with customers on system needs and provide efficient solutions and quotes.

• Complete admin tasks (time sheets expenses service notes) and follow all safety standards.

• Receive ongoing training to grow your expertise with Metasys and BAS systems.

How you will do it

• Load and configure fieldlevel and networklevel controller software.

• Provide software upgrades and modifications for BAS systems.

• Program energysaving sequences and troubleshoot field devices.

• Keep management and customers updated on progress.

What we look for

• Vocational program or associate degree or 5 years servicing HVAC/electronic/mechanical systems.

• Building Automation System Programming experience - Siemens Honeywell Distech Tridium etc.

• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and sequences.

• Ability to use hand tools power tools and a multimeter.

• Solid computer skills

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $25 - $30 Hourly rate to be determined by the education experience knowledge skills and abilities of the applicant internal equity and alignment with market data.)
