Job Summary

Hospice Registered Nurse

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans
  • Meet critical deadlines for charting
  • Self-manage time and schedule
  • Demonstrate experience with tablets mobile phones and EMR software
Shift Details:
Schedule: Monday Thursday 5p-8a

Travel: Local travel required

Requirements

qualifications

required
  • Associate degree or higher

  • Minimum of 2yrs Hospice Experience

  • 1 years of experience in ANY of the following:

    • Electronic Medical Record (EMR)

    • Other EMR

    • TruChart EHR

  • Must Have a Valid Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Pennsylvania (PA)

  • Must have a valid Drivers License Reliable Mode of Transportation and Auto Insurance (all 3)

  • Are you okay with the required travel for this position
