Job Summary

Hospice Registered Nurse

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans
Meet critical deadlines for charting
Self-manage time and schedule
Demonstrate experience with tablets mobile phones and EMR software

Shift Details:

Schedule: Monday Thursday 5p-8a

Travel: Local travel required

Associate degree or higher

Minimum of 2yrs Hospice Experience

1 years of experience in ANY of the following:
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Other EMR
- TruChart EHR

Must Have a Valid Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Pennsylvania (PA)

Must have a valid Drivers License Reliable Mode of Transportation and Auto Insurance (all 3)
Are you okay with the required travel for this position
