The pay for this position is between $23-26.78 per hour.
9 paid holidays and 1 week of personal time
HCRS seeks to hire a highly engaging organized and welcoming person to add to our team at our Hartford office. The Access Navigator is the front door to this large and innovative community mental health agency. Candidates should be highly flexible self-motivated and be attentive to individuals and families experiencing significant challenges in their lives. The Access Navigator at HCRS accepts all referrals and phone calls from people and partners seeking services and either guides them into services at HCRS or directs them towards services elsewhere when appropriate. They collaborate closely with multiple providers at HCRS across Adult Childrens and Developmental Services divisions.
The ideal candidate will have at least a Bachelors degree in a relevant field or at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in mental health/developmental services.
