Regional Sales Manager / Sales Engineer
Location: Pacific Northwest (Washington and Oregon)
Base Salary: $80000 - $120000 generous commission structure
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager / Sales Engineer to join a manufacturer of cutting tools and high-precision tool holding solutions used for CNC machining across the Pacific Northwest region ideally you will be located within 1 hour from Seattle or Portland.
This role is ideal for someone with prior experience selling cutting tools tool holders or machining solutions in the metalworking / metal cutting industry and is looking to further their career with a highly regarded global manufacturer and take ownership of an established regional territory.
Regional Sales Manager / Sales Engineer Role:
Work closely with distributors and partners to build strong relationships and drive growth across the Pacific Northwest region with a large focus on Seattle and Portland.
Develop new business opportunities by prospecting arranging meetings and managing a sales pipeline through a CRM system.
Meet with machine tool dealers and builders to discuss new products and services.
Attend tradeshows to promote and demonstrate new and current tooling products.
Manage and grow regional distributor performance and support territory strategy.
Regional Sales Manager / Sales Engineer Requirements
Prior experience selling cutting tools tool holders machining solutions or other CNC tooling in the metalworking industry is required.
A technical background as a CNC machinist / CNC Programmer is highly advantageous.
Located within 1 hour from either Seattle WA or Portland OR.
Willingness to travel within your region to support distributors and customers.
Driving license.
