Job Summary

Job Title: Maintenance Coordinator (Events Support)

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Maintenance Coordinator to support the setup and execution of community events while ensuring all materials and equipment are well-maintained and organized.

What Youll Do:

Transport set up and break down event materials (tents tables signage promotional kits)
Maintain and organize event equipment and inventory
Ensure all materials are in good condition and ready for use
Support on-site event operations and logistics
Assist team members in delivering smooth event execution

What Youll Bring:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical tasks
Experience in maintenance logistics or field work is a plus
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Basic knowledge of tools and equipment handling
Flexible availability including weekends
