Job Summary

Southwestern Vermont Medical Center a member hospital of Dartmouth Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to work with a busy Interventional Cardiologist in managing structural heart disease cases.

Requirements

Employed by Dartmouth Health with access to system-wide academic resources mentorship and specialty collaboration
Previous experience in a Cardiology setting preferred
Diverse caseload to include TAVR Watchman MitraClip/PASCAL ASD/PFO as well as advanced CT angiography PCI pacemakers and vascular intervention
Salary Range $129000 - $143000; this position includes a comprehensive benefits package. A sign-on bonus and relocation stipend may also be available subject to eligibility.

Graduate of an accredited APRN or PA academic program
National specialty certification as FNP PNP Acute or Primary Care A-GNP WHNP or certification through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)

Eligible for APRN or PA licensure in the State of Vermont
Eligible for Federal DEA Registration
BLS Certification
