Job Summary
We are seeking Senior Laboratory Project Set-Up Coordinator to join IQVIA Laboratories at Marietta GA.
Job Summary:
What Youll Be Doing:
- Support study set-up and validation activities to ensure laboratory databases meet protocol customer and regulatory requirements
- Configure and maintain project databases within Clinical Trial Management Systems
- Research and resolve set-up issues by collaborating with laboratory colleagues and cross-functional teams
- Maintain accurate and complete project documentation throughout the set-up lifecycle
- Communicate project status risks and issues to Setup Managers Project Managers and other stakeholders
- Coordinate planning handover and internal meetings to support smooth project execution
- Assist with protocol amendments database design requirements and project timelines
What We Are Looking For:
- Hands-on experience with Clinical Trial Management Systems and laboratory database configuration
- Understanding of laboratory processes study set-up workflows and validation activities
- Proficiency in standard computer applications including word processing and spreadsheets
The Knowledge Skills and Abilities Needed for This Role:
- Strong organizational coordination and attention-to-detail skills with a focus on quality and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships

The potential base pay range for this role when annualized is $51800.00 - $108000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge skills education and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered incentive plans bonuses and/or other forms of compensation may be offered in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.Required Experience:
