JOB REQUIREMENTS
Degree: MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
License: Eligible for New York State medical license
DEA: Required or eligible
Experience: Open (new graduates and experienced physicians considered)
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
Develop long-term relationships with patients and families
Promote preventive care and wellness initiatives
Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
