Position Summary
The Foreman is responsible for overall supervision of assigned projects ensuring safety quality production and profitability goals are met. This role involves coaching mentoring and developing employees on-site while partnering with the Project Manager to schedule organize and ensure timely cost-effective and safe performance. The Foreman serves as the field leader applying expertise to maintain high-quality work train team members and drive customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Management

• Review interpret and apply contract guidelines plans specifications and project milestones.

• Plan schedule and manage labor subcontractors materials and deliveries in coordination with Project Manager and client.

• Analyze labor materials and costs to establish realistic project expectations.

• Communicate and coordinate with team members to prevent and resolve issues.

• Participate in project meetings with clients and subcontractors.

• Report project performance to Project Manager and relay PM feedback to workforce.

Project Administration

• Complete all administrative tasks timely and accurately using PC and project software.

• Maintain documentation of project activities safety and compliance.

Leadership & Culture

• Mentor coach and develop crew members to improve performance and safety awareness.

• Promote teamwork accountability and adherence to quality and safety standards.

• Lead by example to drive high-quality work and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 57 years of experience in commercial construction including 2 years in a supervisory role.

• Ability to read and interpret plans specifications and project documentation.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook Excel Word).

• Ability to work MondayFriday with occasional evenings/weekends; flexible schedule.

• Reliable transportation for travel to multiple project sites.

• Strong organizational multitasking and communication skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent (experience may substitute for education).

• Ability to work in heights confined spaces dusty areas and extreme environmental conditions.

• Strong willingness and ability to learn new tasks.

• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
