The Help Desk Administrator delivers frontline technical support manages hardware assets and ensures the timely resolution of IT issues to support business operations.

What Youll Do

• Provide Tier 12 help desk support
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Manage IT tickets and service requests
• Support the deployment of desktops laptops printers and mobile devices
• Vendor support and troubleshooting of office and warehouse technical equipment
• Support onboarding/offboarding processes
• Manage hardware inventory and asset lifecycle

What You Bring

• Associate or Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1-3 years of help desk or desktop support experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware and software
• Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow Jira Zendesk)
  
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 support
• Basic knowledge of user account management
