What Youll Do
Provide Tier 12 help desk support
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
Manage IT tickets and service requests
Support the deployment of desktops laptops printers and mobile devices
Vendor support and troubleshooting of office and warehouse technical equipment
Support onboarding/offboarding processes
Manage hardware inventory and asset lifecycle
What You Bring
Associate or Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience)
1-3 years of help desk or desktop support experience
Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware and software
Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow Jira Zendesk)
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 support
Basic knowledge of user account management
