Job Summary

Job Title: Field Application Engineer (FAE)

Location: Milpitas CA (Onsite/Hybrid)

Overview:

We are seeking a Field Application Engineer (FAE) to support SSD controller products and work closely with customers and internal engineering teams. This role involves providing technical support managing customer relationships and ensuring successful product integration.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary technical contact for assigned customers
Manage customer projects and technical relationships
Provide first-level technical support including debugging and issue resolution
Track and manage issues through ticketing systems (e.g. JIRA)
Collaborate with firmware system and hardware engineering teams
Support product discussions testing and performance troubleshooting

Requirements:

3 years of field application or technical support experience in semiconductor industry
Strong communication and presentation skills
Knowledge of system hardware design sc
