We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to lead engineering and development efforts for the Military Services Business. This role focuses on flight product obsolescence redesign initiatives test equipment and Test Program Set (TPS) development and follow-on production activities. The Program Manager will oversee complex projects collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions that meet customer requirements and program objectives.Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Program Leadership:Lead program execution for test equipment development and upgrades product redesign efforts due to obsolescence and follow-on production initiatives ensuring alignment with customer requirements and business goals.
Engineering Oversight:Manage avionics engineering redesign efforts including scope definition resource planning and delivery of solutions.
Schedule and Performance Management:Identify gaps to Integrated Master Schedule targets and partner with internal stakeholders to drive improvements using business and analytic expertise.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with engineering manufacturing and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution of program deliverables.
Customer Engagement:Build and maintain strong relationships with military customers to understand their needs and provide effective solutions. Serve as the primary interface between the customer and internal business teams managing the transfer of information and requests.
Program Planning:Develop and maintain program schedules budgets and resource plans to ensure successful delivery of milestones.
Risk Management:Identify assess and mitigate risks to ensure program success while maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.
Performance Monitoring:Track and report program performance using key metrics aligned with Safety Quality Delivery and Cost (SQDC).
Process Improvement:Drive process improvements and implement lean methodologies to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
Coordination:Organize technical meetings leadership reviews and customer visits as required.
Travel:Travel approximately 25% to support program activities and customer engagement.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Engineering or Computer Science from an accredited university or college with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Program Management Project Management or Engineering within the aerospace/defense industry OR Bachelors degree in Business from an accredited university or college with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Program Management Project Management or Engineering within the aerospace/defense industry.

Strong understanding of military standards and requirements.
Exceptional leadership communication and organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
6 years of experience in Program Management Project Management or Engineering within the military/aerospace industry.
Experience with Test Equipment and TPS Development and Production.
Knowledge of avionics systems and engineering redesign processes.
Familiarity with lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
PMP certification or equivalent program management credentials.
Experience in program execution of military programs.
In-depth knowledge of U.S. federal acquisition regulations.
The base pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $147000.00. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factorsincluding the candidates experience education and skill position is also eligiblefor an annual discretionary bonus based on apercentage of your base salary/ commission based on the posting isexpected to close on06/30/26.
