24-hr Support Services:

- Anesthesia Cardio-Thoracic Surgery Cath Lab General Surgery Lab Neuro-Surgery OR Response Time Orthopedic Surgery Radiology & Vascular Surgery.

Support Staff: Front office staff dedicated medical assistant & dedicated office manager.

Required Procedures:

- IP with PICU Attend C-sections/high risk

- Non-invasive vent mgmt (bipap/cpap)

- Ventilation mgmt (newborn): acute

- Intubation (ENT/INT): newborn

- Circumcision (type); preferred

Lab & X-ray Onsite: Yes in the hospital

Beds in the Dept: 8

Nursery Level: I

EMR: Athena (clinic) Medhost (hospital)

Hospital Privileges Required: Yes

Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

Active AZ License or IMLC

PALS

Can cover both IP & OP

Must be experienced
