Commercial Sales Representative Future Sales Director

• Prospect and close new commercial accounts: property managers HOA directors facility managers and commercial real estate firms across the DMV
• Conduct site walks and present proposals on-location
• Manage a pipeline of 3050 active prospects at any time
• Handle inbound residential estimates and convert them to booked jobs we route them you close them
• Work closely with operations to ensure client retention and contract renewals
• Build toward leading and managing a sales team as the business scales

• 2 years of B2B outside sales experience youve carried a bag and hit a number
• Comfortable in person: site visits property walkthroughs relationship-based selling
• Organized self-starter who manages their own pipeline without hand-holding
• Experience in commercial real estate services facilities landscaping or building services is a strong plus
• Leadership mindset you want to build a team not just work one
• Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle required

• Work directly with the owner and Director of Operations no corporate bureaucracy
• uncapped commission
• OTE $90K$110K in year one; top performers earn more
