We are seeking a passionate and driven Physical Therapist who is committed to helping patients improve mobility reduce pain and regain this role you will evaluate patients develop individualized rehabilitation plans and deliver hands-on treatment that drives meaningful results.

Responsibilities
Evaluate patients physical conditions using medical history diagnostic information and clinical observation
Develop individualized rehabilitation and treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
Deliver treatment using manual therapy therapeutic exercise ultrasound electrical stimulation and other techniques
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to ensure the best outcomes
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs injury prevention and long-term mobility strategies
Maintain accurate timely documentation of patient evaluations treatment plans and progress notes
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care
Supervise physical therapy assistants or aides when appropriate
Requirements
Qualifications
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
Current Michigan physical therapy license required
Successful completion of the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques rehabilitation practices and patient management
Excellent communication organization and problem-solving skills
Ability to create individualized treatment plans and adapt them based on patient progress
Ability to lift 40 pounds and assist patients as needed
Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care in a collaborative environment
