Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and driven Physical Therapist who is committed to helping patients improve mobility reduce pain and regain this role you will evaluate patients develop individualized rehabilitation plans and deliver hands-on treatment that drives meaningful results.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients physical conditions using medical history diagnostic information and clinical observation
- Develop individualized rehabilitation and treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Deliver treatment using manual therapy therapeutic exercise ultrasound electrical stimulation and other techniques
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to ensure the best outcomes
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs injury prevention and long-term mobility strategies
- Maintain accurate timely documentation of patient evaluations treatment plans and progress notes
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care
- Supervise physical therapy assistants or aides when appropriate
Requirements
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
- Current Michigan physical therapy license required
- Successful completion of the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
- Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques rehabilitation practices and patient management
- Excellent communication organization and problem-solving skills
- Ability to create individualized treatment plans and adapt them based on patient progress
- Ability to lift 40 pounds and assist patients as needed
- Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care in a collaborative environment
