Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and driven Physical Therapist who is committed to helping patients improve mobility reduce pain and regain this role you will evaluate patients develop individualized rehabilitation plans and deliver hands-on treatment that drives meaningful results.

The ideal candidate is patient-focused collaborative and motivated to make a lasting impact in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients physical conditions using medical history diagnostic information and clinical observation
  • Develop individualized rehabilitation and treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
  • Deliver treatment using manual therapy therapeutic exercise ultrasound electrical stimulation and other techniques
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to ensure the best outcomes
  • Educate patients and families on home exercise programs injury prevention and long-term mobility strategies
  • Maintain accurate timely documentation of patient evaluations treatment plans and progress notes
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care
  • Supervise physical therapy assistants or aides when appropriate


Requirements

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
  • Current Michigan physical therapy license required
  • Successful completion of the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
  • Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques rehabilitation practices and patient management
  • Excellent communication organization and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to create individualized treatment plans and adapt them based on patient progress
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds and assist patients as needed
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care in a collaborative environment
