As an Occupational Therapist you will play a crucial role in assessing patients needs developing personalized treatment plans and helping them achieve their goals for daily living and working. Youll work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for our patients contributing to their recovery and overall well-being.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients physical emotional and environmental needs
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Conduct therapy sessions to improve patients daily living skills
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
Educate patients and families about treatment plans and goals
Document patient care and maintain accurate records
Stay current with best practices and advances in occupational therapy

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

Current Occupational Therapy license in state of practice

Basic Life Support certification

Outpatient Rehabilitation or Acute Care Experience
