Your Role
Youll be a key face of Connect2Care representing our brand and values. Youll manage end-to-end recruitment for both clinical and non-clinical roles ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. Your responsibilities include:
Sourcing screening and interviewing candidates across key roles
Managing job postings across job boards and social platforms
Utilising a broad range of recruitment channels tools & strategies
Building and maintaining internal talent pools
Coordinating recruitment events open days and expos
Supporting external partners also including agency partnerships with recruitment queries
Understanding streams of access including migration pathways and clinical registration bodies
Liaising with Connect2Care staff members to discuss job availabilities roles etc.
Reporting on recruitment activity and outcomes
Requirements
What Youll Need
To succeed in this role you will have or be able to obtain:
A qualification in Human Resources or a related field
Experience as a Recruitment Consultant or Talent Acquisition Specialist (healthcare experience highly desirable)
Strong IT literacy including experience with HRIS/ATS systems
Comprehensive understanding of recruitment practices and methodologies
Police Check and International Police Check (if you have lived overseas)
