Talent Acquisition Specialist

Melbourne Full-time Onsite - Caulfield Headquarter Office

Connect2Care delivers community-based allied health services nationwide as a registered NDIS provider and were growing fast. Were seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract engage and retain top healthcare talent while creating an exceptional candidate experience.

Your Role

Youll be a key face of Connect2Care representing our brand and values. Youll manage end-to-end recruitment for both clinical and non-clinical roles ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. Your responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing screening and interviewing candidates across key roles
  • Managing job postings across job boards and social platforms
  • Utilising a broad range of recruitment channels tools & strategies
  • Building and maintaining internal talent pools
  • Coordinating recruitment events open days and expos
  • Supporting external partners also including agency partnerships with recruitment queries
  • Understanding streams of access including migration pathways and clinical registration bodies
  • Liaising with Connect2Care staff members to discuss job availabilities roles etc.
  • Reporting on recruitment activity and outcomes


Requirements

What Youll Need

To succeed in this role you will have or be able to obtain:
  • A qualification in Human Resources or a related field
  • Experience as a Recruitment Consultant or Talent Acquisition Specialist (healthcare experience highly desirable)
  • Strong IT literacy including experience with HRIS/ATS systems
  • Comprehensive understanding of recruitment practices and methodologies
  • Police Check and International Police Check (if you have lived overseas)
