Connect2Care delivers community-based allied health services nationwide as a registered NDIS provider and were growing fast. Were seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract engage and retain top healthcare talent while creating an exceptional candidate experience.

Your Role
Youll be a key face of Connect2Care representing our brand and values. Youll manage end-to-end recruitment for both clinical and non-clinical roles ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. Your responsibilities include:
- Sourcing screening and interviewing candidates across key roles
- Managing job postings across job boards and social platforms
- Utilising a broad range of recruitment channels tools & strategies
- Building and maintaining internal talent pools
- Coordinating recruitment events open days and expos
- Supporting external partners also including agency partnerships with recruitment queries
- Understanding streams of access including migration pathways and clinical registration bodies
- Liaising with Connect2Care staff members to discuss job availabilities roles etc.
- Reporting on recruitment activity and outcomes
Requirements
What Youll Need
To succeed in this role you will have or be able to obtain:
- A qualification in Human Resources or a related field
- Experience as a Recruitment Consultant or Talent Acquisition Specialist (healthcare experience highly desirable)
- Strong IT literacy including experience with HRIS/ATS systems
- Comprehensive understanding of recruitment practices and methodologies
- Police Check and International Police Check (if you have lived overseas)
