San3a Tech is looking for a results-driven Marketing & Communications Senior Specialist to lead revenue-focused marketing initiatives grow our community and strengthen our brand presence. This role blends creativity with performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive direct community revenue through:
- Orientation Sessions
- Day at Fab Lab Tours
- Space Access memberships
- Walk-in Machine Access
- Generate qualified B2B leads for Fab Solutions services including:
- Laser cutting
- Woodworking
- 3D printing
- Manage and grow social media channels:
- Develop and execute content calendars
- Create engaging reels and campaigns
- Build and nurture community engagement
- Build and optimize booking and conversion funnels:
- Landing pages
- Tally forms
- Paid social campaigns
- Track and analyse weekly revenue performance:
- Monitor actuals vs. targets
- Report insights and recommendations to the Marketing Manager
Requirements
24 years of experience in marketing content or brand management
(Tech education or creative sector experience is preferred)
Strong understanding of digital marketing and lead generation
Experience with social media management and content creation
Hands-on experience with funnels landing pages and paid ads
Analytical mindset with the ability to track and report performance
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Nice to have
- Experience in startups makerspaces or innovation-driven environments
- Familiarity with tools like Meta Ads Google Analytics or CRM systems
