Job Summary
- Oversee the complete project lifecyclefrom initiation through execution monitoring and closureensuring alignment with technical financial and timeline objectives.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans including schedules budgets resource allocation and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with engineering procurement and operations teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution across all project phases.
- Monitor project performance in real time proactively identify potential delays or risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Ensure strict adherence to technical specifications safety protocols and company quality standards throughout project delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders delivering clear consistent updates and performance reports.
- Supervise subcontractors vendors and field teams maintaining accountability performance and compliance.
- Lead post-project evaluations to document lessons learned and drive continuous improvement in future project delivery.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation financial records and compliance files.
- Regular on-site presence required at project locations within the industrial zone.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
- Minimum 10 years of professional project management experience with at least 5 years focused on mechanical fuel systems in fuel station environments.
- Demonstrated success as a Project Manager in a similar industrial or engineering context.
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical fuel system design installation and commissioning processes.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g. MS Project Primavera P6) and ERP systems.
- Strong leadership interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to influence across teams and levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining focus on quality and deadlines.
- Willingness to reside in or relocate to Obour City East Cairo Qalyubia Belbeis Zagazig 10th of Ramadan City Menouf or Qawasim.
- Preference given to candidates from Alexandria Beheira or Canal Zone governorates.
- Must be 33 years of age or older.
