Our client is a leading garment corporation who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end commercialization process from receipt of technical documentation through pilot runs and initial production readiness.
  

• Coordinate with factories suppliers and cross-functional business teams to ensure technical requirements are clearly understood and executed correctly.
  

• Monitor pilot and early production stages to confirm products are manufacturable production-ready and aligned with quality cost and delivery expectations.
  

• Identify and address issues related to build execution technical package interpretation materials workmanship and production flow during commercialization.
  

• Work closely with manufacturing partners to improve factory readiness streamline handoff from development and reduce risks during production launch.
  

• Ensure products meet required standards for quality performance on-time delivery and service expectations throughout the commercialization cycle.
  

• Communicate project status key risks and technical updates clearly to relevant internal and external stakeholders.
  

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency consistency and execution quality across the development-to-commercialization process.
  

• Maintain accurate records technical updates and commercialization documentation to ensure alignment across teams.
  

• Contribute to problem-solving and decision-making during early production to help secure a smooth and successful product launch.
  

Requirements

Education

• Bachelors degree or equivalent relevant experience in engineering manufacturing product development or a related field.
  

Experience

• Proven experience in footwear development commercialization production engineering or a similar technical manufacturing support role.
  

• Strong hands-on exposure to factory-side execution and early-stage production support.
  

• Experience working with suppliers manufacturing partners and cross-functional teams in a product creation environment.
  

• Familiarity with pilot production production readiness activities and commercialization workflows is preferred.
  

Technical Knowledge

• Good understanding of footwear construction manufacturing processes and commercialization requirements.
  

• Ability to interpret technical packages and translate development intent into executable production outcomes.
  

• Knowledge of product quality standards production flow and issue resolution during the scale-up phase.
