React Native Lead

About the Opportunity

On behalf of our client we are hiring a React Native Lead to support their global engineering initiatives. Our client is a prestigious US-based strategic engineering firm and a recognized leader in delivering high-impact technology solutions across the US Vietnam.

Joining the team as a React Native Lead you will spearhead the end-to-end design and architecture of scalable cross-platform mobile applications while providing technical mentorship to a high-performing development team. You will act as a primary technical consultant for US-based stakeholders defining long-term mobile development strategies and ensuring the delivery of exceptional high-performance user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Lead the design development and maintenance of sophisticated cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
  

• Client Collaboration: Engage directly with US-based clients to translate project requirements into technical roadmaps and ensure successful global delivery.
  

• Architecture & Strategy: Architect robust scalable mobile solutions and define the core technology stack architecture patterns and engineering best practices.
  

• Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor a dedicated team of React Native developers fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  

• Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and improve application performance scalability and UI/UX to support seamless organic visibility and user engagement.
  

• Cross-functional Alignment: Partner closely with design product and backend teams to deliver high-quality integrated digital solutions.
  

• Quality Assurance: Implement comprehensive testing strategies including unit integration and UI testing while ensuring high code maintainability and adherence to industry standards.
  

• Innovation: Stay at the forefront of mobile development by researching and integrating the latest trends in React Native and emerging AI-driven search behaviors.
  

Requirements

• Typically 8 years of professional software development experience with a proven track record as a lead developer delivering successful mobile products.
  

• Advanced technical expertise in React Native JavaScript and associated libraries such as React Navigation Redux and Expo.
  

• Strong architectural understanding of RESTful APIs GraphQL and JSON paired with deep knowledge of mobile UI/UX design principles.
  

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and the full mobile deployment lifecycle.
  

• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency with the ability to present to international stakeholders and participate in global conferences.
  

• Solid experience working within Agile (Scrum) development methodologies.
  

• Exceptional leadership communication and problem-solving abilities.
