We are looking for a driven Telesales Consultant who thrives in a target-driven environment and takes full ownership of their pipeline from first contact through to close.
This role is ideal for a closer who understands that consistent activity strong follow-up and sales discipline directly translate into earnings and success.
This is not a call centre job. This is a revenue-generating sales role focused on converting inbound demand and driving outbound activity to close deals and grow revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Convert qualified inbound enquiries into closed deals.
- Drive consistent daily outbound sales activity.
- Prepare accurate quotes within approved pricing structures.
- Close deals confidently while protecting margin.
- Follow up consistently on all open quotes and opportunities.
- Maintain strong quote-to-sale conversion ratios.
- Upsell accessories and add-on solutions.
- Recommend the correct product configurations to clients.
- Minimise errors returns and rework.
- Maintain clean accurate CRM records.
- Keep pipeline updated and support forecasting with real data.
Performance Expectations:
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Meet daily outbound call and activity targets.
- Maintain a healthy conversion-focused pipeline.
- Operate with strong CRM discipline.
Requirements
- Proven sales track record (telesales or similar environment).
- Confident and persuasive particularly over the phone.
- Highly target-driven and competitive.
- Resilient when handling objections.
- Detail-oriented with strong commercial awareness.
- Structured organised and disciplined.
- Comfortable working in a KPI-driven environment.
Advantageous:
- Experience in telesales technology sales or consumer electronics.
- Apple product knowledge.
