Brand Marketing Manager Assistant Manager
Job Summary
The Brand Marketing Manager/Assistant Manager is responsible for developing and driving the Clients national marketing strategy in Malaysia ensuring strong brand positioning effective communication and impactful campaigns that support business growth. Reporting to the Head of Marketing this role leads the planning and execution of national marketing initiative oversees brand communications across all channels and ensures alignment between marketing activities and business objectives. The role will work closely with internal stakeholders external agencies and the dealer network to deliver integrated marketing campaigns that strengthen brand awareness generate demand and support sales performance.
Develop and implement national marketing strategies that strengthen the Clients brand positioning and market presence
Propose and plan integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives product launches and sales targets
Lead annual and quarterly marketing planning including campaign roadmaps and brand initiatives
Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer insights to inform marketing strategies
Lead the development and execution of national marketing campaigns across digital social media PR events and partnerships
Oversee product launch campaigns brand activations and large-scale marketing initiatives
Ensure brand consistency across advertising social media digital platforms showrooms and marketing materials
Manage PR initiatives media communications and brand storytelling to enhance brand visibility
Review and approve marketing content creative materials and campaign asserts
Manage relationships with creative digital media PR and event agencies
Develop campaign briefs and ensure agencies deliver high-quality work aligned with brand standards
Evaluate agency performance and optimize campaign effectiveness
Monitor campaign performance and marketing KPIs including brand awareness engagement leads and conversions
Analyze campaign results and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
Manage and track marketing budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation and ROI
Collaborate with Sales Dealer Network Product and Aftersales teams to ensure marketing initiatives support overall business objectives
Coordinate with regional or HQ marketing teams to align with global brand strategy and campaign direction
Support dealer marketing initiatives by providing campaign assets brand guidance and communication frameworks.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in marketing business communications or a related field
4 to 6 years of marketing experience for Manager level or 3 to 5 years for Assistant manager level
Proven experience in brand marketing campaign strategy and integrated marketing communications
Strong experience managing national marketing campaigns and brand initiatives
Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking marketing performance and campaign ROI
Experience working with agencies and managing marketing budgets
Experience in automotive EV technology or lifestyle industries is an advantage
