Role Overview
We are hiring an experienced SAP HCM Consultant with strong expertise in Organizational Management (OM) Personnel Administration (PA) and Mini Master. The candidate should have hands-on experience in configuration support and implementation of SAP HCM modules.
Key Responsibilities
SAP HCM Functional Expertise
- Configure and support SAP HCM modules OM (Organizational Management) PA (Personnel Administration) and Mini Master.
- Maintain and manage employee master data and organizational structures.
- Configure infotypes actions and personnel processes.
Implementation & Support
- Participate in end-to-end SAP HCM implementation and support projects.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Provide production support and resolve functional issues.
Configuration & Integration
- Configure organizational structures positions jobs and reporting relationships.
- Work on integration between HCM modules and other SAP modules (Payroll Time Management etc.).
- Support data migration validation and system enhancements.
Testing & Documentation
- Perform unit testing integration testing and UAT support.
- Prepare functional specifications configuration documents and test cases.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with HR business teams technical teams and stakeholders.
- Provide user training and support where required.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4 years of experience in SAP HCM.
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Organizational Management (OM)
- Personnel Administration (PA)
- Mini Master
- Organizational Management (OM)

- Personnel actions and HR processes
- Organizational structure configuration

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP Payroll or Time Management.
- Exposure to SuccessFactors integration is a plus.
- Knowledge of HR data migration tools and processes.

Required Education:
