Job Summary
We are looking for a Recruiter Trainee supports the hiring process by assisting senior recruiters in sourcing screening and coordinating candidates. Its an entry-level role designed to build skills in talent acquisition.
1. Candidate Sourcing
- Build and maintain a candidate pipeline
2. Resume Screening
- Review resumes based on job requirements
- Shortlist suitable candidates
- Match skills experience and qualifications
3. Candidate Communication
- Call or email candidates for initial interaction
- Explain job roles and company details
- Schedule interviews
4. Interview Coordination
- Coordinate between candidates and hiring managers
- Arrange interview slots
- Send reminders and follow-ups
5. Database Management
- Maintain candidate records in ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
- Update interview status and feedback
6. Support Hiring Process
- Assist in offer rollout and documentation
- Help with onboarding formalities
Required Skills:
Freshers are most welcome
Required Education:
graduate in any stream
