Requirements

We are looking for a skilled Saviynt Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) Consultant with strong hands-on experience in designing implementing and managing IAM solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering end-to-end identity lifecycle management solutions and ensuring secure compliant access across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end identity lifecycle management processes for both human and non-human identities using Saviynt.
  
• Perform advanced debugging and troubleshooting including coordination with external technology vendors.
  
• Participate in requirements gathering solution design and documentation.
  
• Implement configure and maintain Saviynt IGA solutions.
  
• Integrate Saviynt with enterprise systems such as:
  • Active Directory
    
  • Databases
    
  • REST-based applications
    
• Design and develop:
  • Workflows
    
  • Connectors
    
  • Access request processes
    
• Configure and manage:
  • Access reviews
    
  • Certification campaigns (User Manager Entitlement Owner Application Owner)
    
• Collaborate with Security Compliance and IT teams to define IAM policies and controls.
  
• Create and maintain technical documentation SOPs and process guidelines.
  

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering ( / / MS)
  
• 3 to 8 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM)
  
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Saviynt
  
• Strong understanding of:
  • Identity & Access Management (IAM)
    
  • Single Sign-On (SSO)
    
  • IT Security concepts
    
• Experience across full IAM lifecycle implementations including:
  • Requirements gathering
    
  • Design
    
  • Development
    
  • Testing
    
  • Deployment
    
  • Support
    
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes
    
  • Access policy design
    
• Technical expertise in:
  • Java
    
  • LDAP
    
  • SSL
    
  • RDBMS
    
  • Linux
    
• Experience with custom and standard IAM integrations using or scripting languages
  
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Saviynt L100 and L200 Certifications
  
• Experience working in enterprise-scale IAM implementations
  
• Exposure to compliance frameworks and audit processes
