- Collaborate with colleagues in departmental meetings curriculum planning and school-wide academic initiatives.
- Engage in professional development activities and stay updated with modern pedagogical practices and educational trends.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings school events and extracurricular activities to support holistic student development.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in English (BA English) or a related field; . (English) is preferred.
- Valid teaching certification (e.g. . CTET or equivalent) as per state/central board requirements.
- Strong command of spoken and written English with excellent grammar vocabulary and communication skills.
- Demonstrated passion for teaching and working with children in the 614 age group.
- Ability to design engaging lesson plans and adapt teaching strategies to diverse learning styles.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and educational software for teaching and assessment.
- Excellent interpersonal organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced collaborative school environment with a focus on student success.
- Freshers with strong academic records and teaching practicum experience are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in conducting classroom teaching during training or internship periods.
- Knowledge of CBSE/ICSE/State Board syllabi and assessment patterns.
