Perfect Household Staff is delighted to present a wonderful opportunity for a professional and reliable Housekeeper to join a lovely and happy family residing in a charming four-bedroom home in Enstone near Chipping Norton in Oxfordshire. This picturesque countryside location is well-known for its rolling landscapes traditional English villages and peaceful environment offering a warm and welcoming setting for a long-term role. The family consists of two adults and three children aged 5 10 and 14 along with four friendly dogs cared by the dogwalker. The lady of the house works from home and is seeking a kind organised and pro-active housekeeper who will become a valued part of the family and maintain the home to a high standard particularly staying on top of washing and laundry.

Working as a Housekeeper in a busy family household requires excellent organisational skills attention to detail and a positive flexible this role the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order throughout the home managing laundry and ironing to a high standard and ensuring the household runs smoothly on a daily basis. The position may also involve occasional babysitting and assisting with school drop-offs and pick-ups therefore a confident driver is essential. The family is looking for someone who is warm trustworthy and able to integrate seamlessly into a busy household environment while maintaining professionalism.

This is a countryside position therefore a driving licence is essential. A vehicle with manual transmission is provided by the principals for school runs and any required errands.

Main duties of the Full-Time Housekeeper:

• Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the four-bedroom family home to a high standard.
  
• Managing all laundry duties including washing ironing folding and ensuring garments are well cared for.
  
• Keeping on top of washing and ensuring a smooth laundry routine within the busy household.
  
• General housekeeping duties including dusting vacuuming mopping and tidying all living areas.
  
• Assisting with school drop-offs and pick-ups for the children when required.
  
• Providing occasional babysitting support in a responsible and caring manner.
  
• Ensuring the home remains well-presented and welcoming at all times.
  
• Working closely with the lady of the house and adapting to the needs of a family environment.
  

Requirements for this Full-Time Housekeeper job:

• Three or more years of private housekeeper experience
  
• Two excellent checkable references
  
• Conversational English
  
• UK working permit
  
• Driving licence
