A wonderful opportunity has arisen to join a dynamic cosmopolitan family in the heart of NW3 one of Londons most desirable neighbourhoods. The family consists of two parents and two daughters aged 5 and 11. The family is relocating to a spacious 400-square-metre home (June 2026) set across two floors in this prestigious area and they are seeking an experienced intelligent and warm live-in housekeeper to support their household operations and assist with family life.

The role encompasses comprehensive household management including cleaning and maintenance of luxury surfaces and finishes wardrobe management meal planning and food preparation household administration and support with childcare duties. The ideal candidate will be proactive adaptable and capable of anticipating the familys needs whilst maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation. This is a position for someone with professional experience intelligence and the ability to integrate seamlessly into family life.

The live-in accommodation is specially designed and provides a private self-contained room with separate entrance (accessed via the garden) en-suite shower and toilet facilities. The space ensures complete privacy whilst remaining part of the family home. All utilities food and household supplies are provided. The accommodation will be ready by mid-June 2026.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare breakfast lunch and dinner for the family
Daily cleaning and tidying of all areas; deep cleaning as required
Manage wardrobes for the family members
Understand fabric care and appropriate washing/ironing protocols
Plan weekly menus with the family
Weekly grocery shopping
Manage household supplies and stock
Collect younger daughter from school
Supervise and support children in the evening
Engage in games and educational activities
Adapt to changing daily schedules and family needs
Provide support during house moves and transitions
Manage household independently during family absences

MINIMAL REQUIREMENTS:

Three or more years of private Live-in household experience
Two excellent checkable references from previous employers
Fluent Russian language skills; conversational English essential
UK working permit or eligibility to work in the UK
Intelligent grounded personality with genuine warmth and professionalism
