Job Summary

Role: Senior Project Manager

Client: International Construction Consultancy

Projects: Commercial projects such as hotels retail office buildings etc.

Essentials: 510 years project management experience; Relevant Construction degree; Experience in pre-planning commercial projects; Consultancy experience is an advantage.

Location: South Dublin (on the Dart line)

Salary:80000 - 100000

Package: Pension Annual Bonus Gym Healthcare contribution.

Progression: Senior Project Manager

Reporting to: Divisional Director

Lead the delivery of construction projects from planning through to completion
Manage project teams including consultants contractors and key stakeholders
Monitor project progress programme and risk management
Prepare and deliver detailed project reports for clients and senior stakeholders
Review and analyse construction programmes to ensure project milestones are achieved
Support and administer construction contracts ensuring compliance with project agreements
Maintain strong relationships with clients and project teams
Ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards
