We are Hiring Assistant Director of Nursing to a lead Nursing care home in Cork Ireland
Location: On-site Dublin
Job Type: Permanent Full-Time
Annual Salary Range:per annum
Please note: This role is open only to applicants who hold EU/EEA citizenship or have an existing unrestricted right to work in Ireland.
Responsibilities
Support the Director of Nursing/Person in Charge in providing effective clinical and professional leadership to care teams while delivering direct resident care.
Monitor supervise and evaluate the delivery of safe high-quality care to residents.
Promote resident safety and ensure care is delivered in a manner that respects each residents privacy dignity and individual rights.
Requirements
Hold a recognised nursing qualification and be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
A minimum of three years post-registration experience in the care of older persons.
At least three years management experience within the health or social care sector.
Demonstrate strong clinical nursing expertise knowledge of current and emerging trends in elder care and proven leadership capability.
Possess a post-registration management qualification in health or a related discipline; a Higher Diploma in Gerontology is desirable.
