Job Summary
We are working with a steadily and continuously growing Leading Building Contractor who pride themselves on being there when needed by clients and tenants and maintaining a high-level of service. They enjoy regular team activities and bonding throughout the year which has resulted in high-retention and allowed them to continue the great work they do.
Responsibilities include leading construction teams managing programmes and progress reports coordinating with service providers and ensuring smooth project execution. Strong commercial acumen the ability to meet tight deadlines and excellent communication and leadership skills are essential.
