Product Engineer (Frontend Focus) AI PropTech Startup

Were working with a fast-growing AI-powered PropTech startup building intelligent automation tools for the property management industry. Their platform uses AI agents to automate communication and operational workflows for property managers helping solve the growing staffing gap in the sector.

Having recently raised pre-seed funding and already generating strong revenue traction the company is now scaling its product and looking for a Product Engineer with a strong frontend focus to help shape the user experience as the platform grows.

This is an opportunity to join very early in the journey work directly with founders and play a key role in defining the product experience.

What Youll Do

Build and ship customer-facing product features end-to-end using React
Translate real customer problems into intuitive UI/UX and product flows
Own features from design through development and release
Collaborate closely with founders and customers to gather requirements
Contribute to product roadmap and technical architecture decisions
Maintain high engineering standards through code reviews Git workflows and CI/CD
Help develop and maintain the design system and visual consistency across the platform
Work in a small highly collaborative team delivering product improvements quickly

What Youll Have

Ideally 23 years of frontend development experience with React
Strong understanding of product design and UI/UX principles
Experience working with modern web application workflows (Git ticketing systems CI/CD)
Fluent German (C1) and English (C1)
A proactive startup mindset with strong ownership and initiative

Nice to have:

Experience with Express Supabase Google Cloud Run or Vercel
Background in PropTech or property management software
Experience working in startups or early-stage product environments
