WhatWereLooking For

No prior experience is necessary to join our team. We provide full training once you have obtained your Level 1 General Insurance License.

As anAuto Insurance Trainee youll play a key role in driving business success. Youll actively sell insurance solutions hit performance targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This is a results-focused role ideal for someone with a competitive edge and a passion for personal growth.

Requirements

• Level 1 General Insurance License

• 1-2 years of customer service experience

• Previousinsurance experience preferred

A Day in the Life

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients teammates and auto dealership partners

• Actively promote and sell ICBC and private insurance products to meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

• Process a variety of auto insurance transactions including renewals new plates transfers cancellations debt payments and more

• Upsell and cross-sell additional insurance products to add value for clients and drive performance metrics

• Support your branch by taking phone calls managing administrative tasks and restocking inventory

The expected salary range for this positionis$41600 - $45000and will be impactedby factors such as the successful candidates skills experience and working location as well as the specific positions business linescopeand International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include extended health benefits disability insurance RRSP matching paid-time-offbenefits andeligible bonuses and commissions for some positions.
